A prep table can feel cold in one area while food pans or the lower cabinet drift warm. We evaluate the evaporator assembly and the complete airflow and refrigeration path to separate a coil-side problem from controls, loading, doors, or the condensing system. We repair confirmed component failures and, when severe corrosion or multiple leaks make a localized coil repair impractical, we can replace the complete evaporator assembly and failed evaporator fan motors.
