CONTRACT 7: VISIT AND DIAGNOSIS

Step 1: Choose Your Service Area, Date & Time

Select Westchester County (outside Yonkers), the City of Yonkers, or Putnam County below. Choose an available appointment for your on-site diagnostic visit.

Step 2: Enter Your Details & Review the Agreement

Provide your contact information, service address, equipment, and problem description. Review and sign the existing Visit and Diagnosis Agreement. The $125 visit fee includes travel within a 20-mile radius of Port Chester and the first 30 minutes of assessment.

Step 3: Pay Securely & Reserve Your Appointment

Pay $125 plus the sales tax shown for your service area using a credit or debit card. Your booking is confirmed after successful payment. You will receive the appointment details and a payment receipt by email.

The $125 visit fee is credited toward an approved repair over $400. Additional diagnostic time requires your prior authorization and is billed at $88 per hour in 15-minute increments. Consumables are not included. No repairs are performed without your approval.
