Walk-In Cooler & Freezer Indoor Parts
An organized reference for the controls, motors, heaters, valves and pressure regulators commonly found inside walk-in coolers and freezers. We diagnose the system first, then match the component to the exact refrigeration application.

Original component references, now organized
Every one of the 20 original linked images remains available below. These are identification references, not a substitute for diagnosis or model-specific selection.

Refrigerant solenoid valve
A liquid-line or hot-gas solenoid must match refrigerant, port size, pressure rating, flow direction and the required coil.
Open original product reference →
Solenoid valve coil
Coil voltage, frequency, wattage, connector style and compatibility with the valve body must all be verified.
Open original product reference →
Mechanical defrost timer
Defrost schedule, voltage, contact rating and termination method are checked before replacing a mechanical timer.
Open original product reference →
Digital temperature controller
Sensor type, supply voltage, relay load, set point, differential and defrost logic must match the application.
Open original product reference →
Evaporator fan motor
Horsepower, voltage, rotation, speed, shaft, mounting and temperature rating are verified together before replacement.
Open original product reference →
Mechanical temperature control
Operating range, differential, capillary length, sensor placement and electrical rating determine the correct control.
Open original product reference →
Refrigerant distributor
Distributor body, nozzle, circuit count, tube dimensions and evaporator application must be engineered as a set.
Open original product reference →
Defrost termination control
Temperature range, switching action, mounting and electrical rating are checked against the evaporator sequence.
Open original product reference →
Electronic refrigeration control
Controller inputs, outputs, alarms, sensor calibration and programmed sequence are reviewed before substitution.
Open original product reference →
Defrost and drain-pan heaters
Voltage, watt density, shape, dimensions, mounting and the complete defrost circuit are evaluated together.
Open original product reference →Thermal expansion valve (TXV)
Refrigerant, evaporator capacity, temperature range, connections, equalizer and charge are required for selection.
Open original product reference →
NDR differential regulator
Pressure range, connection size, refrigerant and system function must be confirmed before a differential regulator is selected.
Open original product reference →
Low-temperature thermostat
A control must match the required cut-in, cut-out, differential, sensing location and electrical load.
Open original product reference →
Medium-temperature TXV
Cooler applications require the proper refrigerant charge, evaporator range, capacity and superheat adjustment.
Open original product reference →Externally equalized TXV
External equalization is applied when evaporator pressure drop requires accurate outlet-pressure sensing.
Open original product reference →
KVR condensing-pressure regulator
KVR selection depends on refrigerant, connection, pressure range and the head-pressure control arrangement.
Open original product reference →
Low-temperature TXV
Freezer valves must be selected for refrigerant, low-temperature capacity, pressure drop, charge and connection details.
Open original product reference →
Central-system TXV selection
Parallel and central refrigeration arrangements require capacity and pressure-drop review at the actual operating conditions.
Open original product reference →
KVL crankcase-pressure regulator
A KVL protects the compressor from excessive suction pressure and must match refrigerant, range, size and load.
Open original product reference →
Pressure-regulator reference
The original linked reference is preserved for comparison; final use requires identification of function, range, refrigerant and connection.
Open original product reference →Correct identification matters. Parts are matched from the complete equipment model and serial number, electrical ratings, dimensions, wiring and the actual diagnosis—not from appearance alone.
How the service process works
- Record the evaporator, condensing-unit and component model numbers, refrigerant, voltage, phase and temperature application.
- Diagnose the complete operating sequence: temperature control, defrost, fan delay, safety controls, valves, airflow and refrigerant conditions.
- Verify valve function, pressure range, port and connection size, coil voltage, contact rating, heater wattage and motor rotation before ordering.
- Install the approved component and confirm pull-down, superheat, defrost termination, drain operation, fan cycling and box temperature.
