How the service process works
- Send the box dimensions, target temperature, product type, equipment nameplates, refrigerant and voltage.
- For repair, describe the temperature history, frost pattern, alarms, noise, leaks, breaker trips and recent work.
- For a new project, include indoor box location, outdoor condensing-unit location, piping distance, access and electrical information.
- We diagnose the complete system and verify airflow, defrost, drainage, superheat, controls and box pull-down after service.
